If we need information from our clients that shouldn't be sent via Email (like passwords), we'll send a secure email to you. It's safe for you to reply to that email.
The secure system send you a link to the secure message. And when you reply, we get an email telling us to look for your message in the secure system. This assures that the secure information isn't transmitted through any number of servers like email.
When you receive an email it will look like this. Click the green View Message button.
If you've never logged in before, click the New User button. If you have logged in before, enter your email address and click Next.
You can sign in using a Google or Microsoft account if you wish. Or click "Register with my Email Address."
Enter your name and create a password. Make note of it for the next time.
After you OK the "Registration Successful" message, you should see your inbox - with the automated Welcome message and the message from Chroma. Just click on the message to receive it. The reply and forward buttons are above the message.
